Lisa is a Certified Registerd Nurse Practitioner who provides medication evaluation and management of mental health disorders for adolescents and adults. She sees patients out of both the Wyomissing and Reading office locations.

Franklin DeGuzman, M.D.

Dr. DeGuzman has been in the practice of Psychiatry since 1989. He sees adults and provides medication evaluation and management in the treatment of thought disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, developmental disorders and PTSD. Dr. DeGuzman sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.

Marian Georgiev, M.D.

Dr. Georgiev provides medication evaluations and medication management to adults and seniors. He specializes in grief, medical co-morbidity, phobias, anxiety, and PTSD and has a focus in Geriatric Psychiatry. Dr. Georgiev sees patients in the Reading office location.

Frank Masino, MHS, PA-C

Frank Masino is a Certified Physician Assistant providing assessment and treatment of mental health disorders for individuals ages 18 and older. He provices services both in the outpatient offices of Berkshire Psychiatric as well as at Haven Behavioral Health Hospital. Frank sees patients at the Reading office location.

Ryan Milloy, PA-C

Ryan is a Certified Physician Assistant, providing assessment and treatment of mental health disorders and specializing in treating addiction. Ryan sees patients out of the Reading office location.

Mark Putnam, M.D., C.P.E.

Dr. Putnam is Board Certified in Adult, Child/Adolescent, and Administrative Psychiatry. He completed his medical school training at Temple University, his adult psychiatry training at the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has been Medical Director for the Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center since 1994, and is currently also Medical Director for Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern, PA, a free-standing psychiatric hospital in Reading, PA. He sees children, adults, and families for evaluation and treatment of all psychiatric disorders. In addition, Dr. Putnam is faculty for the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center and co-leads workshops and training at the Center in Malvern, PA. Dr. Putnam sees patients at both the Wyomissing and Reading office locations.

Janice Reichert, M.S.N., R.N., C.R.N.P.

Janice Reichert is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication in the treatment of all mental health disorders. Janice treats adults at the Wyomissing office location.

Doreen Storz, L.C.S.W., PA-C

Doreen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Physician's Assistant. She performs medication management, emergency evaluations, and psychotherapy, as well as hospital consultations for Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center.

Linda is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication in the treatment of all mental health disorders. She sees adults at the Reading office location.

Jerome Weber, C.R.N.P.

Jerry is a Certified Registerd Nurse Practitioner who provides medication evaluation and management of mental health disorders for adolescents and adults. He sees patients out of both the Wyomissing and Reading office locations.

Bruno J. Andracchio, Ph.D.

Dr. Andracchio is a Licensed Psychologist providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Andracchio’s areas of specialization are in treating people with Dual Diagnoses, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, Anxiety Disorders, Behavioral Problems, Abuse Issues, and those seeking help with weight loss. Carl Cesarz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who treats children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Conti is a Licensed Psychologist and Registered Dietitian. She also holds a specialized degree in Psychological Testing. Dr. Conti presently sees individuals of all ages with a primary focus on the treatment of eating disorders and women’s health issues. April is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certification in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).  April treats children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing Depression, Anxiety, or Psychosis.   April also leads a weekly DBT group.  She sees patients at the Reading office location.

Dr. Quinn is a Doctor of Psychology and Licensed Behavior Specialist. He sees children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in reunification and coparenting sessions. Brian Richardson, M.A.

Brian holds a Masters Of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling and treats adults in individual, family, and couples sessions, with a focus on Depressive and Bipolar Disorders.  His treatment modalities include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Gestalt Therapy. Brian sees patients out of our Reading office location.

Timothy E. Ring, Ed.D.

Dr. Ring is a Licensed Psychologist, in practice since 1982, and Diplomate of the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators. Dr. Ring counsels children, adolescents, and adults in the treatment of Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety and Depression, Development Disorders, as well as Sexual Abuse and Offense. He is an American Red Cross Disaster Relief Specialist and has assisted victims of the Gulf Coast Hurricanes, the Tsunami in Thailand, and at Ground Zero. Dr. Ring is a Forensic Psychologist with over 20 years of expert testimony experience. Dr. Ring sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.

Kay Stout is a Registered Nurse certified in Mental Health, who holds a special certification as a Grief/ Bereavement Counselor. As a Licensed Social Worker, Renee treats children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, family, and couples counseling. Renee is a Gender Identity Therapist who offers support to those on their journey through transitioning as well as the family or support systems involved.
