Rebecca Malfaro, C.R.N.P.

Rebecca is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication. She treats children, adolescents, and adults and currently sees patients in the Reading office location.

Frank Masino, PA-C

Frank is a Certified Physician Assistant providing assessment and treatment of mental health disorders for individuals ages 18 and older. He currently sees patients in the Reading office location.

Mark Putnam, M.D., C.P.E.

Dr. Putnam is Board Certified in Adult, Child/Adolescent, and Administrative Psychiatry. He completed his medical school training at Temple University, his adult psychiatry training at the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, and his child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has been Medical Director for the Department of Psychiatry at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center since 1994, and is currently also Medical Director for Haven Behavioral Hospital of Eastern, PA, a free-standing psychiatric hospital in Reading, PA. He sees children, adults, and families for evaluation and treatment of all psychiatric disorders. In addition, Dr. Putnam is faculty for the Pennsylvania Gestalt Center and co-leads workshops and training at the Center in Malvern, PA. Dr. Putnam sees patients at both the Wyomissing and Reading office locations.

Janice Reichert, M.S.N., R.N., C.R.N.P.

Janice Reichert is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication in the treatment of all mental health disorders. Janice treats adults at the Wyomissing office location.

Amanda Shollenberger, CRNP

Amanda is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication. She treats children, adolescents, and adults and currently sees patients in the Reading office location.

Laura Schwendeman, PA-C

Laura is a Certified Physician Assistant providing assessment and treatment of mental health disorders for individuals ages 18 and older. She sees patients out of the Reading office location.

Doreen Storz, PA-C

Doreen is a Certified Physician Assistant providing medication evaluation and management for adults.

Jerome Weber, C.R.N.P.

Jerry is a Certified Registerd Nurse Practitioner who provides medication evaluation and management of mental health disorders for adolescents and adults. He sees patients out of both the Wyomissing and Reading office locations.

Kathryn Adams, C.R.N.P

Katie is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication. She treats adults and currently sees patients in the Reading office location.

Jade Shaffer, C.R.N.P

Jade is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, performing psychiatric assessments and evaluations for the use of psychiatric medication. She treats adults and currently sees patients in the Reading office location.

Counselors

Melissa Conti, Psy.D., R.D.

Dr. Conti is a Licensed Psychologist and Registered Dietitian. She also holds a specialized degree in Psychological Testing. Dr. Conti presently sees individuals of all ages with a primary focus on the treatment of eating disorders and women’s health issues. She also performs psychological evaluations for bariatric surgery. Dr. Conti sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.

April Faust, M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

April is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with certification in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).  April treats children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing Depression, Anxiety, or Psychosis.   April also leads a weekly DBT group.  She sees patients at the Reading office location.

Jocelina Gomez-Baez, MSW, LSW

Jocelina is a bilingual Licensed Social Worker treating adults and couples. She treats a variety of mental health diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Also, she has a focus on LGBTQ+ mental health needs. Jocelina sees patients in the Reading office location.

Christina Harmon, LSW, M.Ed

Christina is a Licensed Social Worker and also holds a Master’s degree in Human Sexuality. She treats a variety of mental health diagnoses, including mood disorders, anxiety and psychosis. Christina sees adults in the Wyomissing office location.

Chelsea Harris, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Chelsea is a Master’s level Social Worker, providing counseling for all ages. Chelsea has experience with youths and families, specifically in regards to adoption permanency and foster care.

Erica Hesselson, LCSW, CST, CD(DONA)
Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, DONA Certified Doula, and Holistic Health Counselor. She  treats adolescents, adults and couples, focusing on anxiety and depression. She strives to support overall health and wellness with a holistic approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a Sex Therapist, Erica provides extensive couples counseling and supports clients with diverse needs including communication, intimacy, pleasure, and gender identity/expression/transition. She sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.
Gregory Iezzi, A.P.R.N., B.C.

Greg is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Board Certified in the treatment of mental health. He sees children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on personality disorders, anxiety, and depression. Greg also provides couples counseling and sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.

Christine Katzaman, L.P.C.

Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, who treats children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in treating trauma and dual diagnosis. Christine sees patients in the Wyomissing office location.

Audrey Leffler, M.A.

Audrey has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She treats children, adolescents, and adults and specializes in domestic violence, anger management, and PTSD. She also provides animal-assisted therapy. Audrey sees patients in the Reading office location.

James P. Miller, L.C.S.W.

Jim Miller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker treating adults individually and in family therapy. He specializes in couples counseling and facilitates group sessions enhancing couples’ relationships. In addition, Jim sees clients affected by anxiety, depression, addiction, stress and aging issues. Jim sees patients at the Wyomissing office location.

Kim Miller, LPC

Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional for individuals 14 years and older. Addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma and loss. Experience working with addictions and mental health disorders, homelessness, criminal justice with modality of treatments including client-focused, CBT, trauma, family systems, talk therapy and humor. Kim sees individuals at the Wyomissing Office location and is available mid-mornings and evenings.

Timothy Neher, MA

Timothy has a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling. He treats adolescents and adults, and takes a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to the treatment of mood disorders and other behavioral health conditions. He also specializes in the use of mindfulness meditation in therapy. He currently sees clients out of the Reading office location.

Jamie Ott, M.A., L.P.C.

Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating adolescents, adults, and older adults. Jamie is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She specializes in treatingAnxiety and Panic Disorders;  PTSD, trauma/abuse; Depression; and Borderline Personality Disorder.  Jamie also helps people struggling with issues related to grief, anger, relationship problems, and situational stressors.  Jamie sees people individually or as couples, and leads a weekly DBT Group.  These services are provided at the Reading office location.

Danielle Palermo, MSW

Danielle Palermo is a Masters-level Social Worker and provides individual therapy for individuals of all ages. Her professional background includes counseling children and adults who experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and related traumas. Danielle also works in particular with children with behavioral and mood disorders and assists parents and families on how to best support and assist the child in carrying out effective strategies. In addition, Danielle provides therapy to adults diagnosed with substance abuse disorders and supports individuals in active recovery. Danielle will see patients at the Reading office location.

Shannon Rankin, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Shannon is a License Social Worker, treating children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in treating adolescents, providing individual and family counseling. Shannon sees patients out of the Reading office.

Kelli Schulthess, L.P.C.

Kelli is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She provides individual counseling for ages 18 and older for a variety of mental health diagnoses, including anxiety, mood disorders, grief, personality disorders, and substance abuse. Kelli sees patients in the Reading office location.

Dylan Shipe, BA

Dylan has her BA and is working towards her MA in family, marriage, and couples counselling. Dylan currently provides counselling for all ages. Focusing on individuals who have depression and anxiety. Dylan sees patients in the Reading office location.

Michele Siegfried, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Michele holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and treats children adolescents, and adults. Specializing in the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety, Michele provides individual and family counseling. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. Michele sees patients out of the Reading office location.

Mary Jane Smith, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Mary Jane is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Gestalt Therapist, treating adolescents and adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, addiction, coping with disability, and medical co-morbidity. Mary Jane sees patients in the Reading office location.

Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie is a Masters Level Clinician, who is license- eligible, with over 25 years of experience. As an Integrative Therapist, she has worked with patients of all age groups (from 3-80). Stephanie specializes in working with children with behavioral issues, ADHD, trauma and PTSD. She has traveled across the United States helping children in the foster care system, specifically those with Reactive Attachment Disorders (RAD). Stephanie provides individual, family and couples counseling. Family work is always a passion of hers, especially with those who struggle with addiction issues. Stephanie has certifications in trauma, anger management, relationship problems as well as grief and loss. Stephanie works out of the Wyomissing office.

Cynthia Thomasset, M.A.

Cynthia holds a Masters's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She sees children, adolscents, and adults, specializing in LGBT issues, anxiety, and depression. Cynthia provides play therapy and art therapy for children and she sees patients in the Reading office location.

Christine M. Wasser, L.C.S.W.

Christine Wasser is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Gestalt Therapist providing individual, family and group counseling to children, adolescents and adults. Christine specializes in the area of children and adolescents with extensive experience in treating Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.  She sees patients at the Reading office location.

Joslyn Velez,MSW

Joslyn Velez​ is a Masters-level Social Worker providing counseling services for all ages. She provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults for a variety of different mental health diagnoses including; mood disorders, substance use, trauma and grief. Joslyn sees patients in the Reading office.

Jerome hold a Masters degree in Counseling. He treats children and adolescents, specializing in the treatment of trauma, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. Julie Witman, LPC

Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. She is a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. She specializes in treatment of depression, anxiety, and grief. She also provides counseling for those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aspects of Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Julie sees clients out of the Wyomissing office location.
